Context

About the asset

Instant pre-cooked cowpea cotyledon flour. Its main application is for the preparation of instant soups. It is an alternative to the traditional way of consuming cowpeas, which is an important food because it is nutritious and beneficial to health, and whose per capita consumption has been reduced in recent decades; modern living requires foods that are easy and fast to prepare, such as the instant cowpea soup.
