Brazil and India sign agricultural research agreements
Brazil's and India's governments signed two technical-scientific cooperation agreements during the meeting betweeen president Michel Temer and the prime-minister of India, Narendra Modi, last Monday (October 17), in Goa (India).
The agreements establish partnerships between Embrapa and India's Department Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying & Fisheries, for cooperation on bovine genome and assisted reproduction technologies; and the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, for cooperation in genetic resources, agriculture, animal science, natural resources and fishery.
