Summary: The complete genome sequences of two novel small circular DNA viruses isolated from sweet-potato whiteflies collected in Central-West (AdDF) and Southeast (AdO) regions of Brazil were determined by Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), and confirmed by cloning and Sanger sequencing.
