Summary: O fungo Bipolaris maydis, causador de manchas foliares em Panicum maximum, vem ocasionando perdas na produtividade de matéria seca e de sementes. A melhor estratégia para o controle da doença é o uso de cultivares resistentes. Assim, objetivou-se avaliar a resistência de 60 genótipos de P. maximum à mancha foliar.
