Summary: This document is the user manual of a tool, 3DMCAP, developed by our Automation Group for photogrammetry using a single camera and a notebook computer. Our staff was able to use it to recover the three-dimensional structure of plants in greenhouses and in open fields, including vines, coffee trees, maize, sunflower, soybean eucalyptus trunks.
