Summary: O presente estudo se propôs a validar transcritos WRKY via PCR quantitativa em tempo real (RT-qPCR) em acessos de videira infectados com X. citri em três tempos distintos (90 minutos, 24 e 48 horas) após a inoculação com a bactéria.
