A new system for integral juice grape production.

Summary: The brazilian industry of grape juice have a great economic and social importance. In the last 30 years, it has increased continuously and strongly. Around the country, there is a very large number of small producers which production is sold in local markets. They used the technique called extraction by drag steam, which results in the addition of 10 to 20% of water in the juice during grapes processing.
