Summary: Este capítulo disponibiliza informações sobre o sistema de produção de tilápia em tanque-rede (TTR) nas regiões Sul, Sudeste e Centro Oeste do Brasil, indicando a presença ou não desse sistema de produção, seus principais gargalos/demandas e aspectos legais. Foram utilizadas diversas fontes de referências nacionais (literatura técnico-científica, vídeos de programas agrícolas, entre outras de interesse ao tema-alvo) e consultas estaduais para informações em diferentes esferas governamentais (órgãos, associações, empresas e instituições nacionais, estaduais, municipais), como também aos especialistas do sistema de produção alvo, acrescentando e/ou validando informações disponibilizadas em levantamento já realizado. ? Abstract: The present chapter provides information about the production system of Tilapia in net cage (TTR) in the Southeast, South and Mid-West regions of Brazil, indicating the presence, or not, of this production system, as well as its main lacks/demands and legal aspects. Several sources of national references (like technical-scientific literature, videos of agricultural programs, among others of interest for the proposal theme) were consulted. Information enabled by the states in theirs different governmental levels (like associations, enterprises (including municipality ones)) and national institutions were also explored. On the same way, specialists on production system were also consulted in other to add and/or validate information already carried out by another preliminary survey.
