Summary: Os cupins são insetos sociais e algumas espécies são importantes pragas agrícolas, urbanas e florestais. O objetivo do trabalho foi prospectar a fauna de cupins em quatro Sistemas Agroflorestais (SAFs) no estado do Acre. Foi realizado um caminhamento, em uma área demarcada de 0,5 ha em cada SAF, onde foram coletados cupins de diferentes castas. Foram identificadas sete espécies de cupins: Coptotermes testaceus(Linnaeus, 1758), Microcerotermes strunckii (Söerensen, 1884), Microcerotermessp., Inquilinitermes sp., Armitermes sp., Nasutitermes sp. e Nasutitermes corniger (Motschulsky, 1855) associados a espécies frutíferas e florestais em Sistemas Agroflorestais no Sudoeste da Amazônia brasileira, contribuindo para aumentar o conhecimento acerca da termitofauna presente no estado do Acre. Termites are social insects and some species are important agricultural, urban and forest pests. The aim of this work was to prospect the termite fauna in four Agroforestry Systems (AFS) in Acre state, Brazil. A walk was carried out, in a demarcated area of 0.5 ha, in each AFS, where termites of different varieties were collected. Seven species of termites have been identified: Coptotermes testaceus(Linnaeus, 1758), Microcerotermes strunckii (Söerensen, 1884), Microcerotermessp., Inquilinitermessp., Armitermessp., Nasutitermessp. and Nasutitermes corniger (Motschulsky, 1885) associated with fruit and forest species in Agroforestry Systems in the Southwest of the Brazilian Amazon, contributing to increase knowledge about the assemblage of termites present in the state of Acre.
