Summary: Objetivou-se com o presente estudo avaliar a qualidade pós-colheita de genótipos de pimenta-de-cheiro do programa de melhoramento genético da Embrapa Hortaliças. Foram cultivados 10 genótipos de pimenta-de-cheiro, sendo oito linhagens avançadas (CNPH 55011, CNPH 55092, CNPH 55094, CNPH 55104, CNPH 55105, CNPH 55113, CNPH 55120 e CNPH 55121) e dois genótipos comerciais (CNPH 55001-Hortivale e CNPH 55002-Topseed) como controles.
