Summary: Abstract.This paper addresses the compliance process of the General DataProtection Law in small and medium-sized agribusiness companies that proces-ses personal data. Through studies on compliance with the law in agribusiness,there was a lack of works dedicated to this area. Based on this reality, thisstudy proposes a protocol to help companies with compliance, facilitating thisprocess.
