Summary: O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o potencial da técnica de ERIC-PCR para a caracterização da diversidade de isolados de M. fijiensis. Foram analisados 19 isolados provenientes de quatro regiões diferentes do Estado do Amazonas.
