Summary: Results of this study shows that this Guzerat metapopulation can be at risk of becoming genetically uniform. Appropriate breeding and management strategies such as the mating planning as well as a constant genetic diversity monitoring should be adopted to minimize risks. Further loci should be genotyped to increase power of significance test.
