Summary: O objetivo deste estudo foi mostrar uma importante ferramenta para planejamento do negócio agrícola, que é a análise de cenários. Para isso, foi utilizado um estudo de caso para o cultivo de trigo na safra 2010, avaliando os efeitos de duas variáveis fundamentais para essa atividade produtiva, o preço de venda e a produtividade técnica. Foi usada uma análise de sensibilidade, considerando perdas e ganhos de produtividades para três diferentes perspectivas de mercado. Se a cotação da saca de trigo alcançar R$ 28,00, a situação será favorável, com o negócio atingindo a viabilidade econômica, mesmo se a produtividade cair 10%. Entretanto, se o preço de venda da saca do trigo atingir R$ 22,00, nem mesmo um ganho de produtividade de 10% evitará prejuízos econômicos. Analysis of scenes for the wheat production to 2010 season: a case study for the region of Londrina, State of Parana. Abstract. The objective of this study was show an important tool for planning agricultural business, which is the scene analysis. For this, we used a case study for the cultivation of wheat in 2010 season, evaluating the effects of two key variables for this productive activity, the sale price and technical yield. We used a sensitivity analysis, considering losses and gains in yield for three different market prospects. If the price of the bag of wheat reaches R$ 28.00, the situation will be favorable, with the business achieving economic viability, even if yield dropped 10%. However, if the selling price of the wheat bag reaches R$ 22.00, not even a yield gain of 10% will avoid economic damages.
