Summary: The quality of the reads was satisfactory, with a mean error rate of 1.39%. This EST databank will allow a better evaluation of the complexities of gene expression involved in Arachis resistance to M. arenaria, and can be used as a basic resource for molecular marker development and gene discovery, representing an important tool for peanut and other important crop breeding.
