Summary: Os objetivos neste trabalho foram (i) ajustar um protocolo para obtenção de RNA total puro e íntegro de gramíneas forrageiras, a partir de metodologias disponibilizadas na literatura, e (ii) validar a metodologia adaptada para extrair RNA de folhas da forrageira Panicum maximum em interação com o fungo patogênico Bipolaris maydis.
