These wasps parasite the eggs laid by the armyworm moth before they eclode. Hence they control the pest before it damages the crops. The wasp samples showed efficiency in the control of fall armyworm, which attacks maize and other crops of great economic importance. The parasitoid's method of reproduction has been mastered.
