SPARH presents international practices in water management in animal farming
The IV Symposium in Animal Production and Water Resources (Simpósio de Produção Animal e Recursos Hídricos - SPARH), organized by Embrapa Southeast Livestock, will count on the presence of experts from New Zealand, Portugal, Argentina, and Brazil to address the main issues related to animal production and water resources. The presentations will showcase experiences in water management in such countries and approach several topics, including water collection and water analysis in animal production, use of waste as fertilizers, and pasture irrigation.
The IV SPARH, which will take place on March 22-23 in São Carlos, SP, is going to provide researchers, professionals, and students with technical updates and information for the development of a more water-efficient agriculture.
Registrations will be open by March 07, 2016, through the website http://www.cppse.embrapa.br/sparh/inscricao and cost R$260 for professionals and R$150 for students. On the site, the cost for registrations will be R$280 and R$170, respectively.
