Summary: O uso de coberturas vegetais em bananais está em expansão principalmente nos sistemas orgânicos de produção. Essas plantas consorciadas com a bananeira alteram os atributos químicos do solo e favorecem o desenvolvimento da cultura. Objetivou-se avaliar o efeito de coberturas vegetais em atributos químicos do solo cultivado com bananeira.
