The Full Bucket Program is a technology transfer methodology that builds capacity of professionals in the areas of technical assistance, rural extension and cattle raising in agricultural, zootechnical, managerial and environmental techniques, practices and processes. The technologies are adapted by region in properties that are turned into classrooms. These properties are monitored for environmental, economic and social impacts in the production system after the technologies are implemented.

The program aims to solve the problems of technological exclusion, which impacts the efficiency, quality and productivity of dairy cattle raising in Brazil. The goal is to increase production, productivity and efficiency of production systems with the aim of increasing the properties' income, on a sustainable basis, by adopting property management tools and technification.
