BRS Surubim is a productive triticale cultivar, with an early cycle for spiking and a medium one for maturation, high stability and excellent agronomic behavior, as it incorporates traits like rusticity and resistance to lodging. Broad adaptation, resistance to powdery mildew and leaf rust, in addition to good tolerance to blighting. Susceptible to blast and Fusarium head blights. Its main application is wheat flour blendsto make cookies. Recommended for: Regions 1, 2 and 3 of Paraná; Region 1 and 2 of Santa Catarina and Region 2 of São Paulo. Please note that average traits depend on local edaphoclimatic conditions. Always consult an agronomist.
