TropiCow: Tropically adapted beef cattle production process

It is an industrial cross-breeding process to obtain the "Tropicow cattle" that demonstrates how to use Brazilian genetic resources adapted to the tropics to obtain good weight performance, good carcass yield and tender meat, with better potential gains in crop-livestock integration systems in artificial and native pastures in Brazilian tropical places. The main application is the use as an animal component in integrated systems for meat production in a sustainable way in MATOPIBA savannah /cerrado.
