BRS Sanhaço is a wheat cultivar with medium-length cycle; good tillering capacity in colder regions; good resistance to mildew, leaf spots, fusarium head blight and leaf rust; and resistance to lodging. With high grain yield potential, BRS Sanhaço stands out in Brazilian wheat-producing regions 1 and 2. Very hard grain (hardness index: 84). Bread-class wheat, considering the averages of gluten strength and flour stability. Average cycle 112 days, average height 77 cm. Adaptation regions: Santa Catarina (Regions 1 and 2); Paraná (Regions 1, 2 and 3); São Paulo (Region 2) and Mato Grosso do Sul (Region 3). Average characteristics depend on edaphoclimatic conditions. Always consult an agronomist.
