Programs, projects and actions are the responsibility of the Directorate of Research and Development and are available at the Annual Charter on Public Policy and Corporate Governance.

Embrapa does not conduct programs that result in tax breaks or that are funded by the Workers' Support Fund (FAT, acronym in Portuguese).
