If you prefer to submit your request for information on paper, you can download one of the forms below and forward them to the address therein or hand it in to Embrapa's SIC in person.

CONSULTATION TO LAW OF ACCESS TO INFORMATION (LAI) REQUESTS AND FAQ

Search questions and answers (Brazilian government's search mechanism for access to answers provided to requests of access to information made to Federal Executive bodies and entities. The search can be performed through keywords or specific filters).

 

 

STATISTICAL REPORTS

Reports about LAI requests and appeals (the reports are directly accessed from CGU's Database and can be extracted for any given period and exported to different formats. In addition, it is possible to consult consolidated data for the whole Public Administration or data that are specific to any agency registered at e-SIC).

The above channels are specific for guidance and clarification on, for instance, doubts about the formalization of a request of access to information, and doubts about the process followed by an information request. They shall not be used to submit information requests based on the Law of Access to Information. The requests shall be made either in person, at Embrapa's CIS, through a printed form, or electronically, via SIC's Electronic System (e-SIC).
