The Advisory Service for International Relations (Arin, acronym in Portuguese) reports to the Presidency of Embrapa and is responsible for:

- Targeting relationship opportunities and establishing institutional, governmental and private international partnerships;

- Coordinating the development of Embrapa's corporate international relationship strategy and monitor its implementation;

- Supporting and monitoring corporate strategic actions by Embrapa's research and business representations, programs and projects abroad.

- Coordinating the organization and management of strategic information on the company's activities and partnerships with governmental, non-governmental and private institutions at an international level;

- Generating reports to support strategic decisions in foreign affairs to guide managers and the board;

- Coordinating the mapping of international institutional risks and establishing procedures for crisis management;

- Coordinating the reception of visits by authorities and delegations from foreign and international organizations.
