The Annual Charter of Public Policy and Corporate Governance is a document subscribed by the members of Embrapa's Administrative Council (Consad), in compliance with Law 13303 (Law on State Agencies) and following the model set by the Brazilian Secretariat for the Coordination and Governance of State Agencies (Sest/MGI).The document is also a transparency tool to communicate with society, and should provide a clear definition of resources to be deployed to best serve the collective interest, a prospective approach for the coming years, and accountability with regard to the commitments pledged in previous years.
