Degree in Agronomic Engineering from the State University of Northern Paraná - Campus Luiz Meneghel (1982), a Master's degree in Entomology from the Luiz de Queiroz School of Agriculture, USP (1986) and a Ph.D in Entomology - University of Florida (1996). She is currently a researcher at the Brazilian Agricultural Research Company. President of the Entomological Society of Brazil (2016-2022). President of the Embrapa Employees Association (2019-2020). Professor in the Graduate Program in Phytosanity of the Federal University of Goiás, accredited by CAPES, coordinating the Multifuncional Microorganisms course. She developed a product based on conidia of the fungus Cordycpes javanica named Lalguard Java, a collaborative research between Embrapa and Lallemand Plant Care (MAPA registration 21622). She developed the IPM-Feijão Technology for the management of bean pests. She received several awards in recognition of her professional performance. Paranymph of the LXXXVII Agronomic Engineering class at the State University of Northern Paraná. She was honored by the Legislative Assembly of the State of Goiás for the relevant services provided to society. She works in the training of human resources guiding graduate students, master's and doctorate. He has experience in entomology on the following topics: biological control with entomopathogens, use of botanical extracts and chemical control.
