Works at the Secretariat of Research and Development of Embrapa. Agricultural Engineer graduated from the University of São Paulo (2005), Master in Agronomy from the University of São Paulo (2008) with emphasis in Phytotechnics, Specialist in Business Management (MBA Strategic Business Management - USP / ESALQ - 2016), Specialist in Management Program (MBA Strategic Business Management - USP / ESALQ - 2017), training in advanced topics in Project Management and Business English (University of La Verne - California - USA) and in Negotiation and Change Management Strategies (National School Public Administration). He is a certified HCMBOK Change Management Professional: HCMBOK® 3G Practitioner and HCMP® 3G Expert Professional (Human Change Management Professional) since 2017. Employee of Embrapa - Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation - Strategic Management Analyst for Research and Development. Was Coordinator of Negotiation and Contracts at Embrapa Business Secretariat - Brasilia. Was supervisor of planning and governance at the Secretariat of Intelligence and Strategic Relations of Embrapa - Brasília. Worked at Embrapa Cassava and Fruit in various processes such as the organization and operation of a project office (PSO model), change management, application of Analytical Hierarchy Process in complex decisions (portfolio prioritization), spot management panels, institutional agenda and strategic plans, R & D performance management, construction and reporting Business Intelligence, elected member of the internal technical committee, elected from the local salary progress committee and member of the local technology results committee. Developed Innovation Management project for the public sector at Embrapa as coordinator of action plans and activities. Currently pursuing an MBA in Project Management (USP-ESALQ). It was awarded in 2017 "academic award - outstanding performance - executive program - advanced issues in project management" by the International Business School Americas. He worked as a private consultant and manager of farms in organizing and staggering production to serve markets (retail and wholesale) and government programs (PAA and School Lunch), production systems with emphasis on conventional horticulture and organic management, corn. and production of laying birds under organic management.
