Mini-curriculum

Graduate in Agronomical Engineering by the Superior School of Agriculture of Lavras (1986), master in Agronomy - Soils and Plant Nutrition by the Superior School of Agriculture of Lavras (1992) and Ph.D. in Agronomy - Soils and Plant Nutrition by Federal University of Lavras (1997). Nowadays is reseacher of Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa) working at Embrapa Agrobiologia in Seropédica, RJ. Is also teacher of the Postgraduation Course in Agronomy-Soil Science of the Federal Rural University of Rio de Janeiro. Has experience in the Agronomy area, with emphasis in Microbiology and Biochemistry of the Soil, acting mostly in the next themes: Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF), wood species, coffee, phosphorus, recovery of degraded areas and agroecology.
