Graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of the Amazon UNAMA (1998) and Agronomy from the Federal Rural University of the Amazon UFRA (2001), an MBA in People Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas FGV (2007) and an MBA in Innovation Management and Technological Capacity also by Fundação Getúlio Vargas FGV (2024). She has been an Analyst A at Embrapa since 2004, currently working at Embrapa Amazônia Oriental, working in the management area, as Executive Secretary of the Internal Technical Committee (CTI). He worked at Embrapa Headquarters, in the People Management Department (DGP) from 2004 to 2010, in the areas of Corporate Education and People Planning and Development. At Embrapa Amazônia Oriental, where she was transferred in 2010, she first worked on the team and later held the position of Supervisor of the People Management Sector (SGP) from 2013 to 2017. She currently performs support functions in relation to Research and Development (RD), Technology Transfer (TT), Institutional Development and Communication of the Unit in compliance, respectively, with the Unit's Priorities Agenda and the Embrapa Master Plan (PDE). Carries out support activities for Managers, Researchers and Analysts in relation to monitoring actions in research projects, submission of proposals to internal and external notices, results, budget distribution and reports, as well as the organization and systematization of related information to the Embrapa Amazônia Oriental project portfolio.
