Graduated in Civil Engineering from the University of the Amazon UNAMA (1998) and Agronomy from the Federal Rural University of the Amazon UFRA (2001), an MBA in People Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas FGV (2007) and an MBA in Innovation Management and Technological Capacity also by Fundação Getúlio Vargas FGV (2024). She has been an Analyst A at Embrapa since 2004, currently working at Embrapa Amazônia Oriental, working in the management area, as Executive Secretary of the Internal Technical Committee (CTI). He worked at Embrapa Headquarters, in the People Management Department (DGP) from 2004 to 2010, in the areas of Corporate Education and People Planning and Development.
