Graduated in Animal Sciences, UNESP - Botucatu, with work applied to freshwater aquaculture, bullfrog genetic improvement and rural extension. Scholarship holder of the Solidarity University program, member of the Timbó agroecology group and the CONAPEC junior company. Academic background: master's and doctorate in Aquaculture from CAUNESP, Jaboticabal, with research on biofortified feed and modeling for the full use of fish; post-doctorate at the Portuguese Institute of the Sea and Atmosphere, in Portugal with analytical tools for assessing the risks and benefits associated with fish consumption. Professional experience: Volkman Farm for biodynamic rice and buffalo production; Panama aquaculture of juvenile native fish; Korin natural production of vegetables and chicken; coordinator of the Outpost supporting aquaculture farmer and fishermen, INCRA/SEAP agreement, Pontal of Paranapanema; Embrapa Meio-Norte; and Embrapa Agroindústria de Alimentos, in the Bioaccessibility Laboratory. It works in the articulation, development and dissemination of technologies and innovations to control and reduce chemical and microbiological contamination in food, evaluating their effects on human health.
