Bachelor's at Agronomia from Universidade Federal de Viçosa (1995) and Master's at Agronomy from Universidade Federal de Viçosa (1997). She has experience in the field of Administration, with an emphasis on Management in Science and Technology. She was the Manager of the Partnerships and Projects Sector at Fundação Arthur Bernardes in Viçosa-MG, S & T Analyst at CNPq, Research Coordinator at Tiradentes University in Aracaju-SE. She is currently an Analyst at Embrapa Gado de Leite. She was Executive Secretary of the Internal Technical Committee (CTI) of Embrapa Gado de Leite in 2011 and 2012. She served in the Núcleo de Apoio à Programação from 2008 to 2011 and from 2014 to the present.
