Isaac Leandro de Almeida holds a degree in Agronomic Engineering (2009), a Master's degree in Agribusiness (2012), and a PhD in Agronomy (2023) from the University of Brasília - UnB. Currently, he is the Head of Technology Transfer at Embrapa Rice and Beans. He has experience and works primarily on the following topics: post-genetic improvement, strategic positioning and marketing; competitive intelligence; planning, production, offering, and insertion of assets; negotiation; seed and seedling technology; intellectual property; quality management; consumer profile and preference, and value aggregation.
