Mini-curriculum

Graduated in Agricultural Engineering from the Federal University of Acre (2002), where he received a scholarship from the Pet/Agronomia/Capes and Pibic/CNPq/Embrapa Acre programs. He has a master's degree (2005) and a doctorate (2008) in Animal Science from the Federal University of Viçosa and a post-doctorate from the PNPD/CNPq/Embrapa Acre program. He is currently Researcher A at Embrapa Acre in the area of #8203;#8203;Ruminant Production and Nutrition where he participates in the Sustainable Livestock Production Systems group and Professor in the Postgraduate Program in Health and Sustainable Animal Production in the Western Amazon. He has experience in the area of #8203;#8203;Agronomy and Zootechnics, with an emphasis on Nutrition and Animal Feed, nutritional criteria for cattle, evaluation of animal feed, management and intercropping of tropical forages, working mainly on the following topics: supplementation of cattle on pasture, multiple supplements, Nutritional criteria for grazing cattle, nutritional assessment of intercropped pastures and enteric methane emissions in cattle.
