Mini-curriculum

Degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Universidade Federal de Viçosa, Master's and Doctorate in Genetics and Plant Breeding from the Universade Federal de Lavras. As a researcher at Embrapa since 2011, he was assigned to Embrapa Rondônia, where he led research projects on genetic improvement of coffee plants aimed at developing new coffee cultivars for the Amazon region. He was Deputy Head of Research and Development and substitute general manager from 2017 to 2019, also serving as President of the Internal Technical Committee and the Local Publications Committee during this period. Currently is researcher at Embrapa Café working on coffee plant breeding at INCAPER-ES. Member of the Technical Committee for Research in Coffee Growing - CTPC of INCAPER and a productivity scholarship holder in Technological Development from CNPq.
