PhD in Animal Science from the Faculty of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine, University of Brasilia (2010), an expert in Planning, Budgeting and Public Management from Getúlio Vargas Foundation (2006) and graduated in Zootechny from the Federal University of Viçosa (1994). She is currently a researcher at Embrapa Fisheries and Aquaculture and conducts research in feeding, nutrition, welfare and fish processing
