He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal do Piauí (UFPI, 2005), a specialization in Project Management from Escola Superior de Agricultura Luiz de Queiroz da Universidade de São Paulo (ESALQ-USP, 2021), and a master's degree in Informatics from Universidade de Brasília (UnB, 2007). Currently, he is a Class A Analyst specialized in project management and software development at Empresa Brasileira de Pesquisa Agropecuária (Embrapa), where he has been working since 2013 at Centro Nacional de Pesquisa de Agroenergia (CNPAE), located in Brasília, DF, Brazil. At Embrapa Agroenergia, he performs several roles, including Supervisor of the Internal Technical Committee (CTI) since May 2013, Internal Auditor for Quality Assurance (QA) since June 2013, Analyst at the Cross-Cutting Studies Unit (NET) since October 2017, and Substitute Head of the Research and Development (RD) area since February 2024. Previously, he worked as an Analyst at the Bioinformatics Laboratory of CNPAE (2011-2013), Analyst at Empresa Nacional de Inteligência em Governo Digital e Tecnologia da Informação (SERPRO), performing duties as a Programmer, Development Team Leader, and Business Coordinator (2005-2011), and also served as Substitute Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Universidade de Brasília (UnB, 2009).
