Library clearance
What it is:
A document issued by the Embrapa libraries declaring that the user does not have any pending returns and/or irregularities in their record. From the issue date of the “Library Clearance”, the user will have their registration cancelled in the Embrapa Library System.
Who can request it:
Embrapa employees, in their own unit; civil servants seconded for the company or at its service; consultants, scholarship holders and interns, in their own unit.
Time to issue the document:
The libraries have 24 (twenty-four) hours after the request to respond
Working hours to make the request:
According to the opening hours of each library. To get to know the opening hours of your unit, consult the link for the Embrapa unit of your choice.
How to request them:
Send a request to the library of your unit, by e-mail (to get to know the e-mail of the Embrapa libraries units, access Libraries of the System), after the confirmation of receipt, take it to the library of your unit.
