The quick diagnosis of diseases in plants that have economic value is essential to guarantee food security and avoid larger losses as a consequence of disease spreading. The goal of this project is to develop an integrated database system for the Department of Vegetal Sanity (DSV), the Secretary of Agriculture and Stockbreeding Defense of the Agriculture, Stockbreeding and Provision (Mapa), hoping to facilitate processes of risk analysis of plagues that attack vegetable products.
