It is an application, for Android operating system, available free of charge on Google Play, which helps producers and agents in the agribusiness chain, which provides official information from the Agricultural Climate Risk Zoning (Zarc) through an easy-to-understand interface. Consultation with Zarc - Plantio Certo allows the user to receive an indication of the different rates (20%, 30% and 40%) of risk of losses due to adverse weather events, linked to their respective sowing seasons, covering 43 crops and all municipalities in the national territory. In addition, it is possible to access the information in a more detailed way, visualizing, for the immediate future, the development of a given crop in light of recorded weather conditions. In the case of the crops herbaceous cotton, peanuts, (dry and irrigated) rice, (dry and irrigated) barley, beans (1st and 2nd crops), sunflower, castor oil plant, corn (1st and 2nd crops), soybeans, sorghum, and wheat, the app informs which cultivars of the National Registry of Cultivars (RNC) are included in the SisZarc system, of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Food Supply (Mapa), for zoning purposes in each municipality. Thus, Zarc - Plantio Certo is an important support tool for risk management and production planning, especially aimed at agents operating in the credit and agricultural insurance chain.
