This International Cooperation Project – under the aegis of the Africa-Brazil Marketplace – developed in Ghana in partnership with Embrapa Mid-North, proposed the formulation of two products from the cashew pseudofruit: cashew powder (dehydrated through spray drying) to be reconstituted as fruit juice and breakfast cereal with enriched dehydrated cashew. Artisanal cheeses are traditionally produced from raw milk.
