BRS Rouxinol cowpeas

The BRS Rouxinol cultivar is recommended for the different production systems that are commonly used for cowpeas in Bahia. Its traits include indeterminate growth habit and semi-erect size. Its cycle is 65 to 75 days long. It has moderate resistance to aphid-borne mosaic and resistance to golden mosaic. The cultivar is recommended for cultivation by family and business farmers in Bahia, under rainfed and irrigated conditions, with an average yield of around 1,500 kg/ha.
