National equipment to analyze (processed or fresh) food quickly and non-destructively, using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance. SpecFIT HR100 is robust, portable, easy to calibrate; it needs minimal maintenance and does not require specialized labor. Sample preparation is quick, does not generate waste and measurements are made in seconds, with highly accurate results. Among the main applications are the analysis of brix (sugar content) of fruits and quality of olive oil, wine, and beef. This technological solution was developed by Embrapa in partnership with other institutions.
