This International Cooperation Project – under the aegis of the Africa-Brazil Marketplace – developed in Ghana in partnership with Embrapa Mid-North, proposed the formulation of two products from the cashew pseudofruit: cashew powder (dehydrated through spray drying) to be reconstituted as fruit juice and breakfast cereal with enriched dehydrated cashew. Factors associated with environment and management and those directly related to animals, such as the health of the mammary gland, have major influence on milk quality.
